IHA Strategic Partner: Medical Solutions Rated Top in Managed Services
HRO Today recently rated IHA Strategic Partner Medical Solutions among the top 10 managed service providers (MSP) for the fourth straight year, underscoring the strength of the company’s long-standing healthcare partnerships. A leader in total workforce solutions, Medical Solutions had been an IHA partner since 2018.
The publication’s “2025 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: MSP (Contingent Labor Resourcing and Management)” recognized Medical Solutions as an overall leader and for its service breadth, deal sizes, and service quality. Ratings are based solely on feedback from customers.
“Our customers can count on us to be more than a healthcare staffing partner,” said Medical Solutions CEO Rebecca Rogers Tijerino. “We’re a strategic extension of their teams. We work alongside them to navigate workforce complexities, using data, expertise, and real-world insight to build sustainable strategies that allow them to balance cost with excellent patient care.”
Medical Solutions’ client retention and satisfaction scores show the company meets or exceeds expectations in key areas including clinician quality, speed in filling staffing requests, and the ability to provide a wide range of solutions tailored to their needs. A majority of clients also say Medical Solutions exceeds expectations in communication and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
